The Junkers Ju 88 was the next step in the development of the Schnellbomber concept after the successful Do 17. The aircraft proved to be extremely versatile and was adapted to many different roles throughout it's life. this model is the very old AMT 1/48 scale model completed to represent an aircraft flown by Oberst Werner Baumbach of III./KG30 in 1942.
