Making the Bearings

I made one or two of each bearing and then made molds with which to make copies. Each bearing was made with a combination of plastic, aluminum tube, Magicsculp, and resin bolt detail. Molds were all made from RTV by alumilite and the resin copies were the result of two part resin also by alumilite. Each bearing was designed with the original in mind but also had to fit the torsion bar and the Tamiya road arms.  All fits are snug in order to get some stiffness in the suspension.
